Set up grill for direct high heat with a grill basket.
Place sugar snap peas in a bowl and coat with a couple tablespoons of oil and a generous pinch of kosher salt. Toss to combine.
Place the sugar snap peas in the grilled basket over high direct heat. Move with a pair of tongs every 1 - 2 minutes to avoid burning. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes or until well charred.
Remove from grill and back into a bowl. Add the soy sauce, lime juice and sesame seeds and toss to combine.
For the chili crunch aioli
Combine the mayonnaise, chili crunch and lime juice. Mix to combine. Serve immediately with the warm sugar snap peas.
