Ingredients
1 poundshrimppeeled and deveined
2ounceslow sodium soy sauce
1 - 2tablespoonssriracha
1limejuiced
2ounceshoney
1tablespoongrated garlic
1tablespoongrated ginger
1 - 2teaspoonstoasted sesame oiloptional but highly recommended
salt and pepper
green onionsgarnish
2tablespoonsneutral oilavocado, canola, vegetable
Instructions
Set up grill or pan for medium high heat.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper on both sides
Once the grill/pan is preheated, add the oil and shrimp. Cook for 4 - 5 minutes, make sure that both sides of the shrimp get cooked.
Once the shrimp is done cooking, remove them to a bowl and place the pan back over the heat. Add the soy sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger and toasted sesame oil and cook for 1 - 2 minutes or until thickened.
Place the shrimp back in the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish and serve immediately. Enjoy!
