Ingredients

For the graham and toasted marshmallow syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 pinch grated nutmeg
  • 8 whole toasted marshmallows

For the smores martini

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 3/4 ounce graham and toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

For the smores old fashioned

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • ½ ounces graham and toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 4-5 dashes chocolate bitters

Instructions

For the graham and toasted marshmallow syrup

  • Combine all ingredients in a small pot over medium heat. Once the mixture comes to a boil and the marshmallows have dissolved, remove from heat and steep for 20 – 30 minutes.
  • Afterwards, strain through a fine mesh sieve.

For the smores martini

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake to combine. Double stain to ensure no ice shards end up in the drink.

For the smores old fashioned

  • Combine all ingredients and stir to combine with ice. You can either keep it in the same glass to move to a glass with fresh ice.

Notes

The syrup should last about two weeks in the fridge, sealed air tight.
